摘　　要：中国与俄罗斯的油气战略合作是当今全球能源合作的重要组成部分。论述了中国与俄罗斯的能源地缘政治特点,评价了俄罗斯油气资源禀赋及出口状况,分析了中俄油气合作的实践,总结了中俄双方油气合作缓慢的根本原因,并就两国未来油气合作前景进行了展望。认为中国油气进口的多元化与俄罗斯在欧洲市场上的巨大利益是中俄油气合作缺乏紧迫性的原因,但随着页岩气革命造成的新压力,俄罗斯将有待以更务实的态度推进中俄油气战略合作进程。Sino-Russian strategic cooperation in oil and gas is an important part of the global energy cooperation nowadays. This paper discusses the geopolitical characteristics of energy in China and Russia, evaluates the Russia's endowment and export of oil and gas resources, analyzes the practice of Sino-Russian cooperation in oil and gas, summarizes the root causes of the slow development of Sino-Russian cooperation in oil and gas, and looks into the future of cooperation between the two countries. It is believed that China's diversified oil and gas import and Russia's huge benefit in the European market are the causes of lack of urgency in oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia. However, with the new pressure from shale gas revolution, Russia would take a more pragmatic attitude towards promoting the Sino-Russian strategic cooperation in oil and gas.
