摘　　要：在高校的发展过程中,教学服务团队的建设起到至关重要的作用.德州学院在教学服务团队的建设中注重软资源的优化建设:团队成员服务文化的建设,服务文化向本部门的辐射,本部门服务能力的提升,全校整个服务队伍的强大等,用高质量的服务推动了教学的快速发展.The const.ruction of academic services team plays an important role in the development of colleges and Universities. In Dezhou University, we focus on the optimized construction of soft resources. construction of team member service culture, radiation to the department from service culture, strengthening of the entire service capabilities, and rapid teaching development improved by high-quality service.
