客车空调压缩机国产化实用性研制

摘　　要：以国内客车空调用的大排量汽车空调压缩机为研究对象,对其国产化过程中的一些关键技术问题进行了探讨,并对3种不同型号的大排量客车空调压缩机进行了对比试验研究,测定了不同工况下压缩机的各项性能指标。结果表明,采用国产化技术生产的空调压缩机性能达到了国家标准要求,且能够在恶劣工况下安全、可靠运行,保证了客车空调系统进口压缩机的稳定替代。Large discharge capacity compressor in passenger car air conditioning system was studied. The key technology in the process of production domesticization was discussed. The check experimental study on three kinds of discharge capacity compressor was done by testing their performance parameters under different work conditions in air-conditioning systems. It is shown that the air-conditioning compressors made by production domesticization are qualified, which can work reliably and safely in atrocious climate and ensure stable substitution of import compressor.
