摘　　要：在工厂规划设计阶段,通过DELMIA/Quest平台,对车间的工艺方案、生产策略、排班的合理性进行验证,对设备的利用率进行统计分析,充分暴露出问题点,并分析造成这一问题点的原因。并在一定的优化目标下对策略或生产线进行优化,达到设定的产能。In the factory planning and design stage, through the DELMIA/Quest platform, the rationalities of process plan and schedu- ling strategy were verified. Statistical analysis of the equipment utilization was done, so the problem was fully exposed. The reasons causing the problem were analyzed. Then, under certain objective, strategy or production line was optimized, and the capacity was achieved.
