摘 要:叶酸受体(FR)是一种糖基磷脂酰肌醇偶联蛋白,其在正常组织中低表达,在肿瘤细胞膜表面高度表达,分为FR-α、FR-β、FR-γ,其中FR-α高表达于黏液腺癌中,包括卵巢腺癌、子宫腺癌、宫颈腺癌,睾丸绒毛膜癌和某些脑肿瘤中,并且少量地表达于肾、结肠及心脏等癌症中。由于FR在宫颈癌不同分化组织表达水平不同,而在正常组织中表达高度保守,通过对FR的结构、染色体定位、作用机制及其与配体的关系的研究,有助于了解FR在宫颈癌早期诊断及治疗中应用。The Floate receptor is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linked protein. Its expression is lower in normal tissue except for higher in human tumor cell membrane surface. The floate receptor includes three types that is FR-α、FR-β、FR-γ. FR-α has high expression in mucinous adenocarcinoma, including ovarian adenocarcinoma, uterine adenocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix, testicular choriocarcinoma and some brain tumors; and FR-α has low expression in kidney, colon and heart cancer. In differentiation of cervical carcinoma and normal tissues, floate receptor has different expression levels. Through the research of the structure, the chromosome location, the mechanism of action, the relationship with the ligand, it helps the research of the use of the floate receptor in the diagnosis and treat in early cervical cancer
