摘　　要：目的探讨来华留学生诊断学见习带教中全身体格检查的教学方法。方法在带教过程中,带教老师结合留学生具体情况,细化全身体格检查步骤,认真规范示教。严格考核制度,要求留学生在50 min内完成全身体格检查。结果 90.63%的学生顺利通过考核,取得了满意的教学效果。结论带教老师的教学方式是保证教学质量的关键因素,需要针对留学生的特点进行个性化教学。Objective To investigate the method of novitiate teaching complete physical examination to the international students. Methods During the novitiate teaching process, the teachers detailed the steps of complete physical examination and demonstrated every step carefully. In the final exam, the international students were required to complete all the steps in 50 minutes. Results The result of evaluation showed 90.63% students passed the exam successfully. Conclusion Teachers in novitiation is the key factor for the teaching quality, and the individualized teaching to the international students is recommended.
