摘　　要：总结刘祖贻研究员辨治类风湿关节炎经验。认为本病以湿热毒邪痹阻为关键病机,治疗宜以清热解毒、利湿通络为法,采用自拟五藤蠲痹饮加减。并附验案3则以说明。This paper summarizes Liu Zuyi＇ s experience in treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. It is suggested that the key pathogenesis of this disease is dampnessheat toxin stasis. The treatment methods are clearing heat to remove toxin and removing dampness to dredge collaterals. Self-made ＂Wuteng Juanbi Decoction＂ is applied and 3 proven cases are presented.
