摘　　要：简述易水学派脏腑辨证源流及脾胃论,并探析其在古代儿科疾病及现代临床应用中的发挥。认为易水学派之健脾助运等补土理论在儿科临床中有极其重要的地位。This paper elaborates the origin and development of Zang-fu differentiation and ＂Spleen stomach theory＂ proposed by Yishui school. It analyzes its clinical application for the treatment of children diseases in ancient and modern time, and discusses its important position.
