更年方治疗肝肾阴虚型绝经综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察更年方治疗肝肾阴虚型绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例肝肾阴虚型绝经综合征患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例);治疗组予更年方治疗,对照组予六味地黄丸治疗,疗程均为2个月。观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、Kupperman评分及FSH、LH、E2水平变化。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分和KMI积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后两组FSH水平较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组LH、E2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更年方治疗肝肾阴虚型绝经综合征临床疗效确切,其机制与调节性激素水平有关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Gengnian Formula＂ in treating menopausal syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency type. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 30 eases were treated with ＂Gengnian Formula＂, and control group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Liuwei Dihuang Pill＂, with the course of 2 months. We observed the TCM syndrome score, Kupperman score and the levels of FSH, LH and E2 before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score and KMI score were reduced markedly in both groups （P 〈0.01 ） , with significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, the FSH level was reduced in both groups （P 〈0.01 ） , with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ） ; the levels of LH and E2 were increased after treatment in both groups （ P 〈0.01 ） , with a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Gengnian Formula＂ has positive effect on menopausal syndrome of fiver-kidney yin deficiency type by regulating sex hormones.
