荷泽降脂口服液提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的通过正交试验,优选荷泽降脂口服液的提取工艺。方法采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷、丹酚酸B的含量,用正交试验方法确定荷泽降脂口服液的提取工艺。结果荷泽降脂口服液的最佳提取工艺为4倍量水浸渍0.5 h,水煎煮2次,每次1 h。结论该优化工艺简便易行,重现性好,可为生产提供依据。Objective To select the extraction technology of ＂Heze Jiangzhi Liquid＂ by orthogonal test. Methods We detected the contents of hesperidin and danshinolic acid B by HPLC, and confirm the extraction technology by orthogonal experimental design. Results The result of the experiment showed the optimum extraction condition as the following： used 4 times water as extracting solvent, and the sample was immersed for 0.5 h, extracted 2 times and 1 h for each time. Conclusion This process optimization is simple, convenient, feasible and stable.
