卡马西平过敏致重症多形红斑型药疹1例的护理

摘　　要：患者口服卡马西平和罗红霉素后出现皮疹、皮肤水疮、发热等症状,临床诊断为重症多形红斑型药疹。通过采取病情观察、口腔护理、皮肤护理、会阴护理、预防感染、心理护理等护理措施,使患者痊愈出院。After taking Carbamazepine and Erythromycin orally, the patient developed symptoms of erythra, skin blister, and fever. The clinical diagnosis of the symptoms was severe erythema muhiforme. Through nursing methods, such as observation, oral care, skin care, perineum nursing, infection prevention, and psychological nursing, the patient recovered.
