某钨选厂细泥综合回收试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了某钨选厂的矿石性质,细泥生产工艺及现状,该选厂钨细泥现采用摇床一次粗选一次扫选的工艺对钨进行回收,在钨品位为0.16%的情况下,获得WO3品位为13.00%的摇床精矿,钨的回收率仅为48.00%,细泥精矿中伴生有价元素Mo、Cu、Pb、Zn回收率分别为15.00%、28.00%、38.34%、27.00%。经实验室试验研究,采用硫化矿浮选-离心选矿机重选的联合工艺流程,可获得WO3品位为17.63%的细泥精矿,钨回收率提高到66.60%,且对其伴生有价金属Mo、Cu、Pb、Zn可分别提高53.00%、32.80%、1.66%、43.35%的回收率。This paper introduces the properties, slime production technology and status quo of a tungsten dressing plant. Tungsten was recovered out of slime roughing dressing and sweeping dressing by shaking table. WO3 concentrate （grade=13.00%） was obtained out of tungsten grade with 0.16%（tungsten recovery rate is only 48.00%）. The recovery rate of the associated metals including Mo, Cu, Pb and Zn are respectively 15.00%, 28.00%, 38.34%and 27.00 %. The combined technology process Sulphide flotation-centrifugal concentrator gravity dressing is applied. The satisfying results are obtained.
