摘　　要：对大颗粒尿素生产装置经常出现的几种边缘工况进行了分析,并对操作的优点与风险进行评估。在出现边缘工况时,为了减小前系统的波动、缩短造粒系统恢复生产时间和防止造粒机死床及尽可能不停车,提出相关的处理措施,实现了尿素造粒装置的长周期运转,降低了生产能耗。An analysis is made of several edge conditions frequent occurred in large-granular urea granulator, and evaluation is made of the advantages and risks of the operations. When edge condition occurred, in order to reduce fluctuation of prior system, shorten recovery time, prevent dead bed of granulator and do not shutdown as possible, relevant treatment measures are proposed, realizing long servicing period of urea granulator and reducing energy consumption in production.
