摘　　要："公民"的概念及内涵主要形成于资本主义社会,带有浓厚的的资本主义阶级色彩,马克思在批判资本主义公民内涵的局限性同时,历史的发展了公民意识的新内涵,为中国的社会主义实践提供了理论指导,而中国特色社会主义理论又在新时期发展了公民概念的新内涵。Concept and connotation of ＂citizen＂ is mainly formed in the capitalist society, with a strong color of the capitalist class, Marx also criticized the capitalist citizen limitations in the connotation, the historical development of the new connotation of citizen consciousness, To provide theoretical guidance for China＇s socialist practice, new connotation and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new period in the development of the concept of citizen.
