摘 要:为了研究^(60)Co-γ射线对牡丹种子萌发及出苗率的影响,探讨牡丹种子辐射剂量问题,为开展牡丹品种诱变改良奠定基础,以不同剂量的^(60)Co-γ射线及200 mg/L GA_3处理牡丹种子,统计种子的发芽率、主根长以及出苗率。结果表明:牡丹种子的发芽率、主根长≥40 mm的百分率以及出苗率均随辐射剂量的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势;GA_3的辐射防护作用使得牡丹种子的最佳辐射剂量变大,26.28 Gy时,牡丹种子的发芽率、主根长≥40 mm的百分率及出苗率最高。同时低辐射也可提前打破牡丹种子的休眠,8.76 Gy时效果最佳。In order to study the effects of 60Co-γ radiation of different irradiation doses on the seed germination and emergence rate, explore the irradiation doses of Paeonia suffmtcosa seeds and lay a foundation for developing the Paeonia suffmtcosa varieties improvement. The seeds were treated by 60Co-γ radiation and GA3 (200 mg/L), and germination rate, rate of main root length≥40 mm and emergence rate were investigated. The results showed that germination rate, rate of main root length ≥ 40 mm and emergence rate presented the trend of being increased at early stage and decreased at late with the increasing of irradiation dose. The radio protective effect of GA3 made the best dosage large, and germination rate, rate of main root length≥40 mm and emergence rate were the maximum at 26.28 Gy. Low dose also can weak up seeds earlier, 8.76 Gy gave best result for breaking dormancy. Key words: Seeds of Paeonia suffmtcosa Andr.; Irradiation; Germination Rate; Main Root Length; Emergence Rate
