摘　　要：为解决毛葡萄利用传统硬枝扦插及嫁接的繁殖方法成活率低的问题,项目组通过不断的实践和改进,利用组培快繁结合苗圃育苗技术形成了完整的‘野酿2号'两性花毛葡萄种苗繁育体系,本研究从组培苗培育、组培沙床假植-嫩枝沙床扦插假植-生根苗营养杯假植三步假植育苗法、假植施肥、假植病虫害防治管理4个方面阐述了‘野酿2号'两性花毛葡萄育苗的综合技术,利用本技术,可在短期内大量生产、供应优质健康种苗,提高毛葡萄生产的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of low survival rate that Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. using traditional hard branch cuttage breeding and grafting method, the project team combined with the use of seed micropropagation nursery seedling technology formed a complete ＇Yeniang No.2＇ Hermaphrodite Flower Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. breeding system through continuous practice and improvement. The comprehensive seedling technology was concluded from the tissue culture cultivation, tissue culture seedlings sand bed-softwood cuttings sand bed-rooted planting cups three-step temporary planting method, fertilization to pest control management expounds the ＇Yeniang No.2＇ Hermaphrodite Flower Vitis quinquangularis Rehd.. The use of this technology could provide mass production in the short term, the supply of high-quality health and seedlings, and improve the produce economic benefits of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd..
