摘　　要：为了加快‘秦杂油19'的推广,在春油菜区通过大面积试验、示范,采取保护性免耕播种、种子包衣、平衡配方施肥、改进施肥方法、杂草综合防除、病虫害预测和防治、后期管理,促早熟以及机械化收获等配套的良种良法技术措施,将‘秦杂油19'农艺、栽培和农机融合,形成了一套完整的‘秦杂油19'春油菜区全程机械化栽培技术,通过该技术的实施,在春油菜区促进了‘秦杂油19'的推广,加速了科技成果转化,达到了高产、高效、节本、增收的目的。In order to accelerate the promotion of ‘Qinzayou 19’, large area test and demonstration was carried out, and the supporting measures of no tillage planter, seed coating, balancing formulated fertilization, improving fertilization method, integrated weed control, prevention of diseases and insect pests, management in later period, promoting precocity and all kinds of technical measures for mechanized harvesting integrated the agriculture and cultivation of ＇Qinzayou 19＇ with agricultural machinery, and a complete technology of whole journey mechanization cultivation for ＇Qinzayou 19＇ in spring rapeseed area was formed. The technology promoted the popularizing of ＇Qinzayou 19＇, and accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and achieved the aim of high yield, high efficiency, cost saving and revenue increasing.
