摘 要:黑龙江省农业科技成果的转化取得了很大成绩,推动了农业科技创新和进步,促进了农业和农村经济的稳定发展。但同时,也面临着一些障碍,严重影响了农业科技成果向现实生产力的转化。结合黑龙江省的实际情况,从政府、科研单位、农业合作组织、农业技术推广机构、涉农企业和农户等角度,对制约农业科技成果转化的因素进行分析。认为通过持续增加农业科技投入,引导农业科研符合市场需求,健全农业推广体系,倡导参与主体多元化,加强农民教育和培训来提高黑龙江省农业科技成果转化率,从而促进农业科技发展,推动农业现代化。The transformation for agricultural sci-tech achievements in Heilongjiang province had made great achievements. It promoted agricultural sci-tech innovation and progress and the stable development of the agricultural and rural economic. However, it faced some obstacles which seriously affected the transformation of agricultural sci-tech achievements into real the productive forces. With the actual situation of Heilongjiang province, the restrictive factors of the transformation for agricultural sci-tech achievements were analyzed from the perspective of the government, research institutes, agricultural cooperative organizations, agricultural technology extension agencies, agriculture-related enterprise and famers. The countermeasures promoting the of agricultural sci-tech development and agricultural modernization were as follow, increasing investment in agricultural sci-tech, guiding agricultural research line with market demand, improving the agricultural extension system, promoting the diversification of participation, and strengthening the farmer education and training to improve the conversion rate of Heilongjiang province's agricultural sei-tech achievements.
