加替沙星联合哌拉西林舒巴坦复方制剂对老年重症肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究应用加替沙星联合哌拉西林舒巴坦复方制剂对老年患者重症肺炎的临床疗效观察。方法随机选取2010年2月至2013年2月住院的老年重症肺炎患者186例均分两组,均给予哌拉西林舒巴坦复方制剂治疗即常规干预(对照组),联合组在此基础上增加加替沙星静脉滴注治疗。两组的疗程均为两周,最终比较两组治疗后的疗效、并发症情况以及不同菌株清除情况。结果对照组总有效率为89.3%;联合组总有效率为96.8%,联合组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为16.1%;联合组并发症发生率为9.7%,两组并发症发生率的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组总菌株清除率为75.0%,联合组总菌株清除率为81.5%,两组菌株清除率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论联合应用加替沙星和哌拉西林舒巴坦复方制剂治疗老年重症肺炎患者,临床疗效好,且具有一定程度地减少并发症,增加细菌清除率的作用,适合被临床应用。Objective To study the application and the effect of gatifloxacin joint piperacillin sulbactam in the treatment of elderly pa-tients with severe pneumonia. Methods Randomly selecting from February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital 186 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia in hospital. All these patients were divided into two groups,both for gatifloxacin joint piperacillin sulbactam treatment of the routine nursing intervention. The joint group based on the increase for the effect of intravenous drip treatment. After two groups of treatment for 2 weeks,complications and different strains to clear were finally compare the curative effect of two groups after treatment. Results The control group total effective rate was 89. 3%. Joint group total effective rate was 96. 8%. There was statistically significant differences on the efficient com-parison with the two group（ P 〈0. 05）. The complication rate of control group was 16. 1%,joint group complication rate was 9. 7%. After the comparison of two groups of complications rate,there was no statistically significant difference（ P ﹥0. 05）. Control the total strain clearance rate was 75. 0%,the total strain clearance joint group was 81. 5%. There was no statistical difference in the two groups of strain of clearance（ P ﹥0. 05）. Conclusion The combined application for the effect and gatifloxacin joint piperacillin sulbactam treatment in elderly patients with severe pneumonia. The clinical curative effect is good. This method can reduce the complications of to a certain extent and increase the role of bacterial clearance rate. This method is suitable for clinical application.
