软坚利尿排石汤联合体外碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察软坚利尿排石汤联合体外碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月确诊为泌尿系结石的患者120例为研究对象,将患者均为两组。两组患者均采用体外碎石术治疗,观察组患者治疗后加服软坚利尿排石汤治疗,每日1剂,10 d为1个疗程,连服2个疗程。对治疗后的两组疗效、不良反应进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率(83.33%)明显高于对照组治疗后的总有效率(43.33%),观察组不良反应的发生率(18.33%)明显低于对照组不良反应的发生率(43.33%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用软坚利尿排石汤联合体外碎石术治疗泌尿系结石具有良好的排石治疗效果,值得在临床的治疗中推广应用。Objective To observe and study curative effect of soft firm diuretic row stone soup combined extracorporeal lithotripsy for the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods 120 cases of urinary calculi patients from January 2013 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research object. These patients were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were treated by extracorporeal lithotripsy,observation group of patients taking soft firm diuretic row stone soup treatment,daily 1 agent,10 days for a period of treatment,even served two course of treatment. After treatment,the curative effect of two groups were observed. Results The total ef-fective rate of observing group（83. 33%）is much better than the control group after treatment the total effective rate（43. 33%）. The incidence of adverse reactions（18. 33%）of the observation group was obviously lower than control group in the incidence of adverse reactions（43. 33%）, comparing the two groups have statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using soft firm diuretic row stone soup combined extracorporeal lithotripsy treatment of urinary calculi showed good treatment effect,is worth to be widely applied in clinical treatment.
