摘　　要：基于广东省无地农民工的调查数据,构建了无地农民工返乡意愿影响因素的回归分析模型,对返乡驱动力与个性特征及生存条件进行交叉分析。研究发现,无地农民工返乡意愿极低,他们主观上宁愿克服种种生存困境在城市谋求立足空间和发展机会而不愿意返乡。在诸多假设影响返乡意愿的因素中,只有年龄、学历和居住条件对他们的返乡意愿形成负相关影响,技能、外出务工时间、享有保障个数、工作满意度四因素几乎不会构成影响,返乡意愿强弱程度在性别上没有显著差异。另外,在促成返乡意愿形成的强弱程度上,虽然不同个性特征和生存条件的无地农民工有不同的侧重点,但普遍关注能否立足城市,其次是能否返乡创业,教育子女次之,照顾父母的考虑最少。Based on the survey data of landless migrant workers in Guangdong province, this paper constructs the regression analysis model for influence factors of the landless migrant workers ' willingness to return home and the cross analysis for their motive of going home, their personality characteristics and their life condition.The study shows that the landless migrant workers are extremely unwilling to go home. Instead, they would rather seek for living space and opportunities in cities depite a variety of difficulties. Among the factors influencing the migrant workers' willingness, only age, educational background and living condition exert negative effect, while skills, work time, the security number and job satisfaction hardly affect. There is no significant difference in terms of gender. In addition, with different personality characteristics and survival conditions, landless migrant workers have different emphasis, generally attention is first ofall given to their foothold in cities, then to the possiblities of a home business, and their third concern is their children's education, while taking care of parents gets the least consideration.
