摘 要:高速电机供电系统的谐波较大,要减小谐波一方面要对谐波源―逆变器进行改进设计,使变频器产生的谐波很小甚至不产生谐波。另一方面从装设滤波器方面进行研究以滤除谐波。本文分析了电流谐波对高速永磁电机性能的影响,研究了一种适合于高速电机的具有特定谐波消除和可调开关模式功能逆变器的设计方法,并在一台额定功率为10 kW,额定转速为12 000 r/min的高速永磁电动机上进行了实验研究。实验结果表明该方法不仅可以减小高速电机供电系统的谐波,而且还能降低对功率器件开关频率的要求。The harmonics of high-speed motor power supply system is larger. The works from two aspects must be done to reduce the harmonics. From one side the harmonic source -the inverter needs to be improved the design so that the inverter does not produce harmonics or harmonics is small. From the other side the suitable filter needs to be fitted to suppress harmonics. The influence of the current harmonics on the per- formance of high-speed permanent magnet motor was analyzed in this paper. The design method of the invert- er with specific harmonics elimination and adjustable switch mode function was researched. Experiment was done on a high-speed permanent magnet motor with perimental results shows that the method can reduce and reduce the requirement for switching frequency rated power 10 kW and rated speed 12 000 r/min.
