摘  要:扬州第一水厂新铺设一根DN2 000的浑水管线,在穿越京杭大运河时采用了顶管施工方式。该顶管工程量大,施工条件不佳,地层特殊,且周边环境复杂,通过采取合理、有效的施工措施,确保了施工顺利进行。详细介绍了中继间的设置、工具管出洞、钢管焊接、注浆减阻以及顶管入洞等方面采取的技术措施,以供参考。During the expansion of Yangzhou First Water Plant, pipe jacking technology had to be adopted for laying a new DN2 000 raw water pipeline when it traveled through the Grand Canal. Consid- ering the characteristics of the project, such as large work amount, poor construction condition, special stratum and complex surroundings, appropriate measures should be taken to ensure the smooth progress of the construction. The technical measures taken in setting of intermediate jacking station, tool tube out of hole, welding of steel pipes, grouting for reducing resistance and jacking pipe into hole were introduced for reference.
