摘 要:为探究紫甘薯提取物(Purplesweetpotatoextracts,PSPE)对更年期大鼠下丘脑神经递质及氧化应激的影响,以11~12月龄雌性SD大鼠作为自然更年期模型,将其分为更年组、阳性对照组和PSPE低、中、高剂量组,分别连续8周饲喂基础饲料、大豆异黄酮和不同剂量的PSPE。另选取3-4月龄大鼠作为青年对照组。检测下丘脑组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)含量、单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力,计算5-HT/DA;血清和肝组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T—SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力,丙二醛(MDA)含量。PSPE可以显著降低更年期大鼠5-HT含量(P〈0.01),升高DA含量,使5-HT/DA比值降低接近青年组,显著降低MAO活力(P〈0.01),不同程度提高血清及肝组织中T-SOD、CAT活力,降低MDA含量。紫甘薯提取物可以通过调节下丘脑神经递质含量、增强机体抗氧化能力改善神经系统紊乱缓解更年期综合症。The influence of purple sweet potato extracts (PSPE) on hypothatamus neurotransmitter and oxidative stress in climacteric rats was studied. The 11-12 mouths of age female rats were divided into climacteric group, positive control group and PSPE group. They were feed with basic food, soy isoflavone and PSPE for 8 weeks. The 3-4 mouths of age female rats were divided into youth control group. The 5-HT, DA, 5-HT/DA and MAO in hypothalamus as well as T-SOD, CAT, MDA in serum and liver were measured. The PSPE could decrease 5-HT (P〈0.01), MAO (P〈0.01), increase DA and make the radio of 5-HT/DA near to that of youth control group, increase T-SOD, CAT, decrease MDA in serum and liver. The PSPE could adjust hypothalamus neurotransmitter, increase body antioxidation capacity to improve nervous system disorders and climacteric syndrome.
