关于高等院校构建学习型寝室文化的思考

摘　　要：学习型寝室文化就是用学习型组织理论来指导寝室文化建设,在寝室成员相互交流的过程中建立共同愿景,树立团队学习理念,改变心智模式,实现自我超越和形成系统思考的习惯,把寝室文化建设成具有浓郁学习氛围、富有创造性意识和积极乐观的生活学习态度。构建学习型寝室文化要明确学习型寝室文化的特点和现实价值,找准构建学习型寝室文化的影响因素,采取切实有效的措施,努力推进构建学习型寝室文化的进程。Learning dormitory culture is to use the learning organization theory to guide the construction of dormitory culture,where dormitory members establish a common vision and the concept of team learning,change their mental models,form the habit of self-tran-scendence and systematical thinking in the process of the communication,and transform the dormitory culture into a rich learning envi-ronment,the creative consciousness and a positive and optimistic attitude toward life and study. To build a learning dormitory culture, we should clearly understand the characteristics and practical value of learning dormitory culture,identify the factors influencing the construction of learning dormitory culture,and take effective measures to promote its construction.
