摘 要:组合定位方案是机床夹具设计中普遍采用的一种定位形式。为保证夹具设计的可靠性,组合定位方案中各组成元件的自由度分析是组合定位时夹具设计必不可少的重要环节,同时也是组合定位方案分析的难点所在。针对组合定位方案分析的难点—确定组合定位中各定位元件实际限定自由度,从定位的概念和六点定位的基本原理出发,结合相关文献和授课经验,给出组合定位中各定位元件限制自由度的分析准则,并通过典型实例地分析加以说明。该准则能够准确、高效的解决组合定位中各定位元件限制自由度的分析问题,有助于提高夹具设计效率。The program of combined locating is a form of positioning used widely in machine tool fixture design.In order to guarantee the reliability of fixture design, the DOF analysis of each component in this integrated positioning is an essential link in positioning fixture design as well as the difficulty in analysis of program. In connection with the difficulty that determining the actual restricting DOF of each locating element in the integrated positioning, based on the concept of positioning and theory of six-point locating and combined with relevant literatures and some teaching experience, guidelines of analyzing in the restricting DOF of each component in integrated positioning is given, being illustrated through analysis of typical examples. Criteria are accurately and efficiently used to solve the problem of analyzing the restricting DOF of each component in combined locating, which improve the efficiency of fixture design.
