摘 要:对组合挂车的转向机构进行了详细分析,并通过理论计算,得到车辆进行纯滚动转向时各车轮的理论转角.以车轮的最大转角误差为优化目标,利用ADAMS动力学模型,对(3~40)轴线两纵列组合挂车转向机构进行了优化,分别得到各自转向板上连接转向拉杆的孔位.在转向节板的可制造化处理上,按加权求均值的方法对连接拉杆孔位进行了合并处理.结果表明合并处理后得到的孔位既实现了转向节板的可制造化,又满足了组合挂车的转向要求.The steering mechanism of combined trailer is analyzed in detailed. And through the theoretical calculation, the theory angle of every wheel is got when the trailer steer in pure rolling. With the max deviation of wheels' steering angle as the optimization goal, the optimal designing of steering mechanism of combined trailers whose rows is 2 and axes is among 3 to 40 can be made by using ADAMS dynamics model, and the reasonable location of holes on the steering plates are worked out. For the manufacturability process of steering plates, the holes which connect steering bars can be combined through the method of weighted. The results show that the manufacturability process of steering plates can be realized and needs for the steering of combined trailer can be satisfied with the holes which be got after combined.
