摘  要:针对圆盘式刀库电机电流过载而失效的问题,设计了圆盘式刀库电机电流监测试验台,搭建采集电路,运用VC++编写采集软件。该试验台实现了对刀库电机工作时的电流实时监控,动态模拟刀库正常工作的状态,达到实时电流与各个刀号的对应,并且按照刀号建立数据库,记录每个刀号的过载电流和实时电流,找到了电机电流与刀库机械位置的关系。通过试验找出刀库转动时的故障位置,发现引起电机电流过载的机械原因,提高了圆盘式刀库的工作可靠性。For the magazine motor current overload, the magazine motor current monitoring test-bed is designed. To structure acquisition circuit and to write acquisition software using VC++, the test-bed can be done that the motor current real-time monitoring when the magazine works. The tool magazine working state can be dynamic monitored, to achieve real-time current numbers correspond with each tool, and in accordance with the tool establishes a database to record real-time current and overload current of each tool. And it finds the relationship between the motor current and the mechanical position of magazine. By test analysis to identify the fault location of the tool magazine, and further found that the mechanical reasons causing motor current overload, thus improving the reliability of the tool magazine.
