摘  要:轧制力是板材生产中最重要的技术参数,决定设备的运行效果和板材的质量。轧制力测量平台是一种全新设计的轧制力测量机构,通过分片的框架进行厚度和宽度方向的对称性设计,将变形集中在高度方向,并将载荷进行分档(11档),和对应不同载荷情况的测量片的不同组合,实现充分利用材料的弹性最好区域和避免因载荷过大引起的测量平台的力学性能变化过大和载荷小时导致的测量精度差的情况。通过ANSYS软件对所设计结构的静力学仿真,证明和进一步解释了这种新型平台的优良性能。Rolling force is the most important technical parameters in the production of sheet metal, determining the equipment running effect and plate quality. The measuring platform studied here is a newly-designed rolling-force measuring structure, which makes the deformation concentrates mainly on the height direction by designing the structure symmetrically both in the width direction and the thickness direction. The rolling force is divided into 11 classes, each of which will mean a certain measuring combination of measuring tablets. This new kind of design will make the material work at the best region of elasticity, and the advantage of which is avoiding too much changes in the material mechanical properties and too low precision when the loads are not large. The excellent pegrormance of the platform is proved by the statics simulation of the platform by ANSYS.
