摘  要:多头直廓环面蜗杆传动与普通圆柱蜗杆传动相比具有许多突出优点。在大功率传动系统中,多头直廓环面蜗杆传动得到了广泛应用,但其设计、制造较为复杂。根据直廓环面蜗杆加工原理,运用空间几何学建立了环面蜗杆螺旋线的柱坐标方程。采用Pro/E软件,运用扫描混合命令以及多次阵列命令,创建了复杂的多头直廓环面蜗杆模型,从而为采用现代设计分析软件(如动力学分析系统和有限元分析系统等)对多头直廓环面蜗杆进行设计分析奠定了基础。Multi-head Toroid enveloping worm drive with straight line generatrix has many advantages in comparison with normal cylindrical worm. Multi-head toroid enveloping warm with straight line generatrix has been widely used in high-power worm drives, but the design and manufacturing is more complicated. Based on the processing principle of toroid enveloping worm, the cylindrical coordinates equation of the helix was established by the theory of space geometry. Using Pro/E software, the complicated three-dimensional model of multi-head toroid enveloping worm with straight line generatrix was created by the command of "swept blend" and "multiple array". So as to lay the foundation for the design and analysis with modern design software of multi-head toroid enveloping worm with straight line generatrix.
