摘  要:汽车节能已成为汽车技术发展的主题,而传统的发动机驱动助力转向系统已呈逐渐被取代趋势。首先基于MATLAB&Simulink建立了汽车电动液压助力转向系统(EHPS)的机械、液压模型进行仿真,并通过试验数据对其加以验证。在此基础上,研究了各主要参数在不同路况下的能耗变化规律,进而找到了对EHPS能耗起最大影响的关键参数。通过对关键参数敏感性的研究,提出了降低EHPS能耗的潜在方向,有利于进一步挖掘EHPS在较大轴荷乘用车、轻型商用车以及重型商用车领域仍有较大的应用潜质。A utomobile energy saving has become the development theme of the automotive technology; however, the traditional engine-driven power steering system has shown a trend of gradually being replaced. Firstly, it establishes and simulates the mechanical and hydraulic model of automotive electro-hydraulic power steering system (EHPS) based on MATLAB & Simulink, and the model can be validated by test data. On this basis, the energy consumption variation of main parameters is studied in different road conditions to find out the key parameters which are the greatest impact far the energy consumption of EHPS. Through the research of key parameter sensitivity, it presents the potential direction to reduce energy consumption of EHPS, it is conducive to further excavate EHPS in the larger passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and heavy commercial vehicle, and EHPS still has large application potential.
