摘 要:为了替盾构机液压推进系统的设计与优化提供技术支持。通过对盾构机液压推进系统由输入信号和外加负载信号引起的系统稳态误差进行了分析。研究结果表明:当系统处于稳态工作时,系统的稳态误差与系统本身的参数与输入信号的形式有关。对于跟随误差,当输入信号形式分别为阶跃输入、等速输入、等加速输入时,误差值分别为0、有限值、无穷大,且有限值的大小主要取决于液压缸活塞面积、等速输入信号的速度值、液压缸泄漏系数、负载弹簧刚度的大小。对于负载误差,当信号形式分别为阶跃输入、等速输入、等加速输入信号时,误差值依次为有限值、无穷大、无穷大,且有限值主要取决于负载干扰力的大小。In order to provide technical support for design and optimization of hydraulic propulsion system of shield tunneling machine. The steady-state error of hydraulic propulsion system for shield tunneling machine caused by input signal and applied load signal was analyzed. The results showed that when the system was under stable state, steady-state error was determined by the system itself parameters and the input signal form. For following error, when the input signal form was a step input, constant velocity input or acceleration input, the steady-state error values was O, finite, infinite respectively, and the constant velocity input signal produced steady state error value depends on the piston area of hydraulic cylinder, speed value of the input signal, leakage coefficient of hydraulic cylinder. For the load error, at the some time, the input signal form was a step input, constant velocity input or acceleration input, steady-state error values was finite, infinite, infinite, and the step input signal produced steady state error value depends on the load disturbance force.
