摘  要:采用白球做载体,通过溴乙基将苯并噻唑固载在白球上,制得交联聚苯乙烯固载型苯并噻唑鎓盐催化剂,并将其用于甲醛聚糖反应。试验分别考察了反应温度、反应时间等对催化剂制备的影响,并通过红外光谱检测其结构特征。结果表明,催化剂的最佳制备条件为110℃反应20 h。该催化剂可以有效地催化甲醛聚糖反应,便于回收套用。A kind of BETZB immobilized by PS was prepared by bromethyl attachment between benzothiazole and PS, and used for catalytic formose reaction. The experiments were carried out to explore the effect of reaction time and reaction temperature on the preparation of the catalyst, and their structure characteristics were detected by infrared spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that the optimum preparation conditions obtained were reacting for 20 h, in 110 ℃. The catalyst can catalyze the formose reaction effectively, and was liable to be recycled and reused.
