氮氧化合物废气的综合治理

摘　　要：以某氧化铁红生产企业废气为例,介绍以湿法为主的氮氧化合物废气综合治理的工程实例。该工程设计规模为8 000 m3/h,进气氮氧化合物浓度高达25 000 mg/m3。实践表明,采用该工艺处理氮氧化合物废气效果良好,出气氮氧化合物小于200 mg/m3,执行《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)中表2标准,同时每天能回收大量稀硝酸。A red iron oxide production enterprises emissions as an example, the comprehensive management of nitrogen oxide exhaust gas by wet based project was introduced. The scale of the project design for 8 000 m^3/h, the initial concentration of nitrogen oxides concentration was up to 25 000 mg/m^3. Practice showed that the use of the treatment process to good effect of nitrogen oxides emissions, the outlet concentration of nitrogen oxides was less than 200 mg/m^3 , which implemented Integrated emission standard of air pollutants （ GB16297 - 1996 ） table 2 standard, and a large amount of dilute nitric acid can be recycled every day.
