摘 要:从含二阶和四阶群速度色散的四波混频功率耦合偏微分方程出发,采用分布傅里叶数值计算法和VPItransmissionMaker专业模拟软件,计算分析了经过优化设计的用于放大8个DWDM信号的FOPA增益特性。分析结果表明,在1W的双抽运光功率下,实现了平均增益为48dB的放大,在密集波分复用8个信道分布在16nm的带宽范围内,增益的平坦度达到±3dB。Based on the four wave mixing power coupled with the second order and the fourth order group ve- locity dispersion of partial differential equations, the distribution of fourier numerical calculation method and VPItransmissionMaker simulation sottware are used, the gain characteristics of the fiber optical parametric amplifier (FOPA) optimized and applied to amplify eight optical signals of dense wavelength division multi- plex (DWDM) is calculated and analyzed. The results show that, in the lW two-pumping lights power, 48dB average gains is achieved to amplify, 8 optical signals distributing in 16urn bandwidth range of DWDM sys- tem and gain flatness reached + 3dB.
