摘 要:采用溶液聚合法,以环己烷为溶剂、以THF和SDBS结构调节剂、以DVB为偶联剂,制备了星型杂臂橡胶SIBR,由于其兼具高的抗湿滑性能及低的滚动阻力,被广泛应用于高性能轮胎中。研究了星型杂臂橡胶SIBR相分离结构、臂数、w(3,4-PI)结构含量、苯乙烯含量等对物理机械性能及加工性能的影响。结果表明,通过调节共聚物组成和微观结构可获得不同的相形态。随臂数的增加,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率增大。随w(3,4-PI)结构含量增加,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、300%定伸模量增大。随着苯乙烯含量增大,抗湿滑性增大,滚动阻力也相应有所增加。Miscellaneous armed rubber SIBR was prepared by solution polymerization with cyclohexane as solution, THF and SDBS as structure regulator, DVB as coupling agent. It was widely used in high performance tire because of its high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance. Effect of phase separation structure, arm number, ω(3,4-PI) and content of styrene on mechanical property and processing property was investigated. The results show that, different phase morphology can be obtained by the regulation of copolymer composition and microstructure; Tensile strength and elongation at break increase with increasing of arm number of rubber;Tensile strength, elongation at break and 300%tensile strength increase with increasing of ω(3,4-PI) content;Wet skid resistance and rolling resistance increase with increasing of styrene content.
