摘 要:采用静态失重法研究了钼酸钠和硼砂的复配缓蚀剂对冰蓄冷系统中所用的乙二醇溶液的缓蚀作用,结果表明,单一的钼酸钠或硼砂缓蚀剂虽有效果,但所需剂量均偏大,质量浓度在600mg/L时缓蚀率分别为61.6%和74.8%.复配后两者具有协同作用,可减少缓蚀剂用量.600mg/L的复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率可达到80%以上,投加量仅占溶液总质量的0.05%,并且得到本实验钼酸钠和硼砂质量浓度的最佳配比为1∶4,缓蚀率达到了90.2%.The anticorrosive influences of sodium molybdate and its composite inhibitors on the corrosion behavior of ethylene glycol solution in ice-storage air conditioning system were investigated by suing the static weight loss method. The results show that sodium molybdate or borax alone may exhibit certain inhibitive effect on ethylene glycol solution,however, the required dose will be too large. When the mass concentration is 600 mg/L, their inhibition rates are 61.6% and 74, 8% respectively. Furthermore, the composite inhibitors have favorable synergistic effects which can decrease the amount of inhibitors. For composite inhibitors with the concentration of 600 mg/L,the inhibition rate can reach 80% or more, while the dosage only accounts for 0.05 percent of the solution. When the ratio of sodium molybdate to borax is 1 : 4, the best ratio of the composite inhibitors comes and the inhibition efficiency could reach 90.2 %.
