摘　　要：对汽车零部件现有的供应物流模式进行深入分析,得出目前汽车零部件供应物流模式存在实用性不高、缺乏专门的信息系统支撑等缺陷。文章采用精益化思想,由汽车企业自营零部件供应物流,并将其分为采购,运输、仓储、配送,信息系统三个模块,对各模块具体实施方式进行规划,以求在更大程度上节省汽车零部件的供应物流费用、提高物流效率,做到精益化的供应物流。In this paper, supply of auto parts logistics modes are analyzed deeply, found that practicality is not high, lack of specialized information systems support and other defects. Using lean ideas, supply logistics management by auto companies, divided it into procurement, transportation warehousing and distribution, information system three modules, specific embodiments are provided for each module, in order to save a greater extent on the supply of auto parts logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency and achieve lean supply logistics.
