摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、实证与规范分析等方法,研究了社区体育非盈利组织的基本属性、当前及未来的组织特征。研究认为,社区体育非盈利组织具有非盈利性、非政府性、体育志愿公益(互益)性三个基本特性;当前,社区体育非盈利组织以提供体育公益(互益)服务为组织目标,组织成员构成的异质性与群体特征明显,组织结构呈现扁平化与多中心,组织管理以柔性化管理与自发秩序相结合为主,互动过程中开放性和排他性并存,组织边界模糊、多变。未来,社区体育非盈利组织的组织结构将呈现网络化特征,人文特征突出相互协同,发展特征表现出持续稳定的特点。Using tile methods of literature, questionnaire survey, empirical and normative analysis, this paper studied the non -profit community sports organizations＇ basic characteristics, the current and future organization features. The conclusion was that non - profit community sports organization had three basic characteristics of non - profit, non - government and sports public welfare （mutually benefit ）. Presently, the organization took providing the sports public welfare （ mutually benefit） services as the organization goal, the teature was obvious that the member constitutes were non - uniformity and community, the organizational structure present the flattening and multi -centers, the organization management unified flexibility management and spontaneous order, openness and exclusive coexisted in interaction process, the boundary of the organizations was fuzzy and changeable. In the future, the feature of organizational structure would present the network characteristics, the humanities characteristics that highlight mutual coordination, the development characteristics that are continuing and stable.
