摘 要:为了解决阳煤二矿综放工作面二次采动巷道围岩变形严重问题,通过对二次采动煤巷支护困难以及原有支护方案存在的不足进行理论分析,提出了加长锚索与丛柱联合加强支护改进方案,并采用数值模拟软件模拟了加强支护条件下巷道围岩变形特征,通过工程实践,巷道顶板移近量减少了71.3%,断面收缩率由原支护方案80%减少到17%。结果表明,加长锚索与丛柱联合加强支护技术效果良好,在软岩巷道中能有效将锚杆支护形成的整体结构与深部围岩相连,维护巷道稳定性。In order to resolve the problem of secondary mining roadway with serious surrounding rock deformation at fully mechanized top -coal caving face in Yangmei 2^# Coal Mine, through the theoretical analysis of the difficult supporting in secondary mining coal roadway and the defects of original supporting scheme, lengthening anchor and cluster pillars combined strengthen support scheme was put forward. According to practice, the numerical simulation software is used to simulate reinforced roadway surrounding rock deformation characteristics,the convergence of roof - to - floor decreased by 71.3% , percentage reduction of area reduced from 80% to 17% by the original supporting scheme. The results showed that the technical effect of lengthening anchor and cluster pillars combined strengthen supporting technology was good, it could effectively connect massive structure formed by anchor bolt support with deep surrounding rock in soft rock roadway, and maintained roadway stability.
