摘　　要：对柔性抽油杆采油系统的主要工作结构--柱塞在不同阶段的位移、速度进行分析，给出计算公式、图像；对连接井上和井下的井口支架与井口之间的柔性抽油杆进行载荷分析，给出不同阶段载荷的计算方法。Motion and loads of the oil production system is analyzed. Motions of the plunger mechanism are mainly analyzed. Displacement-time image and velocity-time image of the plunger mechanism is gotten Loads of the flexible continuous sucker rod above ground is mainly analyzed.
