摘　　要：本文着重研究新型可控气氛发生器（Direct Injection，以下简称D.I.）的基本反应原理、技术特点以及相关优势、渗碳控制原理等。首先介绍了新型可控气氛发生器的基本反应原理，在详细对比了各种可控气氛发生器的制取原理以及其优缺点的基础上，提出了新型可控气氛发生器的方案。This article focuses on the design of control fundamental and correlation detection method of the new controlled atmosphere generator（Direct Injection, D.I.）. This paper first introduces the research background of the subject. Comparing with the various controlled atmosphere generator produce principle and its advantages and disadvantages, we propose a new controlled atmosphere generator program.
