羊源O78型大肠杆菌的分离及16S rDNA序列分析

摘　　要：本试验从1例病死洼地绵羊组织内分离到1株致病性细菌,经培养特性观察、生化鉴定、血清型试验、药敏试验和动物致病性试验,结果表明该病原菌为羊致病性大肠杆菌,其血清型为O78,16SrDNA基因测序结果表明,该菌与大肠杆菌同源性为100%。A strain pathogenic bacterium was separated from the tissues of died Wadi sheep, the results of culture character- istics, biochemical identification, serotype test, susceptibility test and animal pathogenic experiment showed that it was the pathogenic Eseheriehia coli,and its serotype was O78.16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that its homology with Eseheriehia coli was up to 100%.
