摘 要:医院文化建设是医院发展的动力。医院把深入推动职业道德教育作为提升医院管理水平,建设医院文化的重要内容。在综合分析的基础上,不断强化医务人员的职业理想、职业责任、职业纪律和职业规范,把工作上、制度上的种种要求转化为医务人员的内心信念。在职业道德教育的影响下,医院不仅在硬件上为患者营造一个亲切温馨的就医环境,也在软件上形成了争先进、讲文明、看质量、比服务的良好氛围。Hospital culture building is the driving force of the hospital development. Hospitals should treat further promoting of ethics education as an important way of improvement in hospital management and construction of the hospital culture. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, it is in need to continue strengthening the career aspirations and professional liability of, professional discipline and standards for medical personnel; and turn the various requirements of work and the system into the inner conviction. Under the influence of professional ethics education, hospitals can not only create an intimate and warm environment for patient in terms of the hardware, but also a good atmosphere that medical staff works harder, treats patient more kindly, tries to improve service quality and provides quality service in terms of software.
