摘　　要：目的探索流程管理对骨科日间手术病房安全管理的指导作用。方法通过制定合理的日间手术病房工作流程,组织全科护理人员学习,将护理流程应用于实际护理工作中,并在实施过程中不断加以完善。结果经过1年的临床实践,日间病房无护理不良事件发生,病人满意度达95%以上。结论护理流程规范了日间手术病房的管理,有效保证了护理质量。Objective To explore the role of process management on the safety of orthopedic day surgery wards.Methods Make rational workflow for day surgery wards and organize all nurses to study on it so that it could be further applied to daily work and be improved during practice.Results After a year of clinical practice, there was no adverse events in day surgery and patients＇ satisfaction reached over 95%.Conclusion The nursing process standardizes the management of day surgery wards and ensures the quality of nursing.
