摘  要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法(UV)快速测定甲钴胺注射液含量.方法:首次以水为溶剂,在266nm处测定吸光度并计算注射液中甲钴胺含量.结果:甲钴胺在3~60 μg/mL浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=0.013 66X+0.001 68,r=0.999 97,平均回收率为100.3%(n=9,RSD=0.3%).结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于甲钴胺注射液的质量控制.Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ropivacaine mesylate injection by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods: H20 was taken as solvent and detected at 266nm, The content of ropivacaine mesylate was measured and calculated. Results:The linear equation was Y=0. 013 66X+0. 001 68,r=0. 999 97,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 3- 60μg/mL. The average recovery was 100.3% and RSD was 0.3% (n= 9). Conclusion: The UV method was simple, accurate, specific, reproducible, and it can be used for determination of mecobalamin injection.
