利托君对孕妇心脏储备功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨利托君对孕妇心脏储备功能的影响。方法:选取86例单纯先兆早产孕妇为观察组,以同期正常妊娠孕妇60例为对照组,观察组应用利托君治疗,比较两组患者的心脏储备功能、心功能和心率的变化。结果:在心脏储备功能的比较中,观察组舒张压和D/S小于对照组,S1/S2大于对照组;在心功能的比较中,观察组等容舒张时间(IVRT)、心输出量(CO)大于对照组,射血分数(EF)小于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在心率比较中,观察组患者自服药后心率变化更大,且在服药后4h后达到高峰。结论:利托君对孕妇的心脏功能确有影响,且主要集中在用药前期,在此期间我们应密切监测患者的各项生命指证,并控制进药速度,最大限度地降低利托君对孕妇心脏功能的影响,降低其并发症的发生率。Objective：To investigate the effect of Ritodrine in the cardiac reserve function of pregnant women. Methods：86 pregnant women with pure aura preterm birth were in the objective group, and 60 matched healthy pregnant women were in the control group. The Ritodrine was used in the objective group. The cardiac reserve function indicators, cardiac function indicators and the heart rate were compared between the two groups. Results ： The D/S date of the objective group was lower than the ones of the control group, and the S1/S2 was the opposite trend. In the comparison of cardiac function, the IVRT and CO of the objective group were higher than the ones of the control group, and the EF of the objective group was lower. The changes of the heart rate of the objective group were bigger than the ones of the control group, and the heart rate after 4h of the Ritodrine was the biggest. Conclusion ： It can get a significantly influence on the cardiac reserve function to use the Ritodrine in the treatment for the pregnant women with aura preterm birth. The influence focused on the beginning of the drug, and we should put close monitoring on this time to reduce the incidence of complications.
