摘　　要：浙江法院系统在全国范围内首次利用淘宝网进行司法拍卖,是我国司法拍卖改革的有益尝试,克服了传统委托拍卖的诸多弊端,但亟需在拍卖保留价的确定、拍卖公告的发布、竞买人有效参与以及健康拍卖环境的营造等方面进一步完善其具体的制度设计,并在相关的注册和认证程序、自动应答程序以及风险防御程序等方面改进网络技术,为推进网络司法拍卖提供更好的制度基础和技术保障。It is a beneficial attempt of judicial auction reform for Zhejiang court system to do judicial auction through Taobao for the first time in the nationwide. Compared with traditional authorized auction, this auction is intended to overcome many previous shortcomings. Meanwhile in order to provide system construction and technical support for judicial auction through network, rules like determining reserve price, putting auction notice, effective participation of bidders, creating a healthy auction market condition, and technologies such as register - certification, automatic responder, security procedures should be improved.
