摘 要:目的:研究不同采收期的山油柑叶的指纹图谱,控制山油柑叶药材质量。方法:对不同采收期的山油柑叶样品进行指纹图谱研究,对山油柑叶药材指纹图谱相似度进行比较分析。结果:确定了不同采收期的山油柑叶的指纹图谱共有峰;并确定了各样品之间的相似关系,均大于0.9,为山油柑叶的鉴别和内在质量控制建立了指纹图谱方法。结论:首次建立了山油柑叶的HPLC指纹图谱,得到对照图谱,方法的重复性、稳定性和精密度良好,为其合理采收提供了科学依据。Objective: To analysis and research fingerprint of the leaf of Pedunculate Acronychia in different harvest in Guangxi, it provides to evaluate and control the medicinal quality of the leaf of Pedunculate Acronychia in Guangxi.Methods: Research on the HPLC fingerprint from the leaf of Pedunculate Acronychia.Analyze the data of the fingerprint above, and calculate the similarity. Results: Determinated the fingerprint of 10 different batches from the leaf of Pedunculate Acronychia, and the reference fingerprint, the relative retention time had good stability and reproducibility.The similarity of each batch compare with the reference print is over 0.90 .Conclusions: It is first time to establish HPLC fingerprint of the leaf of Pedunculate Acronychia in Guangxi, This method is repeatability, stability and precision to provide to the scientific basis for the quality control of the leaf of Pedunculate Acronychia.
