摘 要:目的探讨全膝关节置换术后早期进行系统康复训练配合CPM机(持续被动活动装置)治疗对膝关节功能恢复情况的影响。方法 40例严重骨性关节炎患者,均行人工全膝关节表面置换术,术后随机分为两组:系统康复组和对照组,系统康复组术后行系统康复锻炼配合CPM机治疗,对照组术后用CPM机治疗。结果术后半年随访,系统康复组膝关节HSS评分、膝关节活动范围均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后行系统功能康复锻炼配合CPM机功能锻炼可有效提高术后疗效。Objective To discuss the effects of early rehabilitation training in coordination with CPM on knee functional re-covery after total knee replacement.Methods The total knee surface replacements were applied to 40 patients with osteoar-thritis who were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment Group (TG)and Control Group (CG).The patients in TG took systematical rehabilitation training coordinated with CPM,whereas the patients in CG took CPM only.Results The TG scored higher in HSS scoring and got a bigger range-of-motion than CG (P〈0.05 )after follow-up for 6 months.Conclu-sion Post-operation systematical rehabilitation training coordinating with CPMis an efficient method to improve post-opera-tion recovery .
